Pallavi can now cycle to school every day

Thank you for gifting a bicycle to Pallavi.

Pallavi is a thirteen year old girl who studies in grade 7 at the free school for girls run by Paradada Pardadi. Her father, Jai Prakash, is a tailor and her mother, Kushum, is a housewife. She lives in Rood Bangar, and has two brother and three sisters.  Her favorite subject is General Knowledge, and she wants to become a police inspector.

Many girls are forced to drop out of school because after they reach puberty, it is no longer considered safe for them to walk long distances to go to school. Your gift of a bicycle will ensure that Pallavi is independently mobile, and able to go to school without any difficulty.
