Varsha’s favorite subject is English, and she can practice all she wants with the current volunteers at the school now. Both of her parents are illiterate, so they understand the importance and value of education for their daughter. Furthermore, Varsha likes the school food very much. Her future goal is to become a good doctor!

Shabana is currently in Class 6C at Pardada Pardadi. Her father is a laborer while her mother is a housewife; they live in the village of Khalore.

Shabana is an extremely intelligent girl and often displays her leadership qualities. She is at the top of her class, and aspires to become an Engineer. Shabana really appreciates the school and its education it is giving her because she knows that with education, women can go very far in achieving their dreams.

Rakhi is a student at Pardada Pardadi and is currently in Class 6C. Her father is a farmer while her mother is a housewife; they all live in the village of Bachikhera.

Rakhi is an extremely intelligent girl at the school; her favorite subject is English which she uses to converse with the volunteers at the school. She studies hard and it shows in her grades. Her father is illiterate while her mother is literate which is rare in these parts. Her mother knows the value of education, and she wants to support Rakhi in her pursuit of becoming a future teacher of Pardada Pardadi!

Manisha is currently in Class 6C at the Pardada Pardadi School. Her father is a shopkeeper and her mother is a housewife, and they live in the village of Khalaur.

Manisha is a very serious young girl, but this does not stop her from loving Pardada Pardadi and the activities that it has to offer. One of her favorite games is Kho-Kho, and her favorite subject in school is English. Manisha is extremely eager to complete her higher education because she wants to become a teacher.

Vimlesh currently is a student in Class 6B at Pardada Pardadi. Her father is a laborer and her mother is a housewife in the village of Makhena.

Vimlesh’s favorite class is English, which she loves practicing with the volunteers at the school. Both of her parents are literate, and they understand the value of education for Vimlesh and support her as well. Vimlesh’s ambition is to become a doctor, and her favorite sport is cricket!

Seema is in Class 6A at Pardada Pardadi. Her father is a farmer and her mother is a housewife, and they all live in the village of Shivnagla in India.

Seema is a very serious girl in class, but that does not stop her from loving school, friends, and her classes. Her favorite class is Hindi; she loves learning new words and has a great appreciation for her Hindi teacher. Seema’s future plan is to become a good teacher.

Currently, Raizam is enrolled in Class 6A at the Pardada Pardadi School. She is an extremely hard worker in class which shows in her academics. Raizam’s favorite subject is English; with the many current volunteers at the school right now, Raizam is able to practice her English a lot with them!

When Raizam completes her education at Pardada Pardadi, she wants to become a teacher! Oh yes, and Raizam’s favorite fruits are bananas, and her favorite games at the school are Kho-Kho and Cricket! Can’t forget about that!

Priya is in Class 6A at Pardada Pardadi. Her father is a tailor while her mother is a housewife; Priya has an extremely large family with two brothers and three sisters. They all live in the village of Pota in India.

Even though there are severe economic problems in Priya’s family, she still has the drive to succeed in Pardada Pardada. Priya’s favorite subjects are English and Math, and she is highly intelligent in all of her classes. Since Priya’s mother and father are illiterate, they fully support her education at this school. In the future, Priya wants to become a teacher to educate future generations like her!
