Her father is a farmer and works in the field to earn bread for his family. Malti aspires to become an air hostess as she wants to fly and see lots of places. She is a career oriented girl.

Kamlesh studies in class at Pardada Pardadi School. She comes from Manapur village, a village where people do not have access to basic amenities. Kamlesh has a very big family; she has four brothers and three sisters. It is very tough for her father to support his family, as he is a small farmer. Kamlesh likes computer class very much and hopes to become a computer teacher. She wants to open a computer training institute in her village to help the villagers.

Renu is in fourth grade at Pardada Pardadi school in north India. She has been attending since 2008. Her father is a farmer and works hard in his fields to support his family. She is the youngest one of her siblings. She loves to come to the school and spend time with her teachers and companions. She is a very bubbly and highly ambitious girl and wants to become a doctor to help the people.

Unfortunately, her family income is not enough to support her education. It is thanks to Gargee that Renu will be able to continue her studies this year!

Hemlata is studying in 5th grade. She is a very bright student. She is very good at English and wants to become an English teacher some day!  She likes Pardada Pardadi school very much. Rekha is a seventh grade student at Pardada Pardadi School. She comes from a desperately poor family that lives on the edge of Anoopshahar in a one-room house. She lost her father at an early age.

Despite these setbacks, Rekha is highly ambitious and has as an upbeat personality. Her ambition is to work for Pardada Pardadi school as a computer teacher.

Richard, thank you very much for your kind donation that got Rekha a pair of shoes and a school dress – a “salwaar kameez”. She used to wear flip-flops (“chappals”) to school, but thanks to you she now has a pair of new shoes. Thanks Richard for your generous gift!
